Foam-iT portable units operate on compressed air and require only pre-mix chemical solution to create thick, long lasting foam. These units come in a variety of cart and tank combinations to meet the foam cleaning requirements of most all applications.
These units are aimed at keeping the herd healthy through teat and hoof foaming applicators, as well as rotary parlor foamers.
Foam-iT wall units are available in pre-mix or concentrate models. The pre-mix unit operates on a solution of chemical and water. The concentrate unit uses Venturi technology powered by an air pump to ensure consistent water pressure and accurate chemical dilution rates.
Foam-iT concrete units are available in pre-mix or concentrate models. They come in a variety of foam, spray, and pump applications with poly components to resist corrosion to meet the requirements of concrete applications.
Doorway sanitizing units help to prevent the transport of contaminants in processing plants. The units are offered in a variety of configurations and all have digi-set timers to allowing timing intervals between foam applications for any traffic situation.
These units are great for institutional cleaning and other applications where compressed air is not readily available.
The chemical transfer units have several pump options with a variety of flow rates. Choose from manual air button, electric solenoid, or air solenoid with timer for operating the unit.
Fog units have multiple applications including: deodorizing, sanitizing, humidifying, dust control, and applying pesticides. They are available in Venturi or pump fed models which atomize the solution through the fogging nozzles.
Central Systems are ideal for facilities that want to use the wall units, but don’t want to have a separate mixed chemical container for each unit. Up to 15 Foam Stations can run off one pump. A sanitizing system can also be run with the foam system through a separate line with a separate pump.
Spraying units are offered as concentrate or pre-mix units, powered by air or a rechargeable battery. They come in a variety of cart, tank, and wall mounted options.
