Doorway Units
Doorway sanitizing units help to prevent the transport of contaminants in processing plants. The units are offered in a variety of configurations and all have digi-set timers to allowing timing intervals between foam applications for any traffic situation.
Single Door Pre-Mix Unit (DS1)
The single door unit operates with a pre-mixed solution of water and foaming chemical, rather than drawing from a concentrate solution.

Single Door Concentrate Foamer (DS3)
The single door unit eliminates the possibility of water pressure variation by regulating the incoming water pressure and boosting it to the desired pressure level. Consistent water pressure allows the system to produce the desired chemical dilution levels at all times to insure foam consistency.

Single Door Concentrate Dual Tube (DS4)
The DS4 allows the control box to be mounted up to 150 feet away from the spray tip assembly. The new foam enhancing nozzle is constructed of Stainless Steel and produces twice the amount of foam as our GK6T. The DS4 can operate up to two nozzle assemblies at a time.

Central Door Dual Tube (GK5T & GK7T)
The twin tube design allows for increased distance between the station and the spray tip assembly. The new foam enhancing nozzle is constructed of Stainless Steel and produces twice the amount of foam as our GK6T.

Central Door Unit (GK1T, GK2T, & GK6T)
The centralized door unit utilizes the same technology as the Single Door Unit; yet it makes adding additional units more cost effective in larger facilities.
